Innovative-learning.com provides a web-enabled, multimedia interactive computer assisted training system for training an unlimited number of users. The training system must be available by licensed access for end users seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. A course can consist of several modules. Each module shall have (1) lesson content, and (2) quizzes following each lesson and then (3) a randomized quiz at the end of the course. The trainee's scores and progress are available via on-screen or printed reports, immediately following the completion of a course. A certificate of completion can also be printed off immediately following the completion of a course.
The security of our customers' content is our highest priority. Innovative-learning.com guarantees accounts and content will be protected and available at all times. Innovative-learning.com uses industry best practices to monitor and upgrade the server farm and software.
Our LMS provides an efficient system with a range of support options. Currently less than 1% of users are currently using the help desk functions.

- Issue certificates of completion for both general and CEU courses
- Customize and generate training reports for funding, regulatory and licensing
- Perform surveys and evaluations
- Track training effectiveness on an aggregate and per employee basis
- Develop and convert live training and training materials to an online format
- Perform surveys and evaluations such as employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and training needs surveys
