How do I get started with a workforce development plan for my organization?
Innovative Learning is happy to work with you to evaluate and establish your organizations workforce development plans rather than just sell you courses. We have created a range of licensing options that allow your staff to access the full range of courses as identified in a meaningful workforce development plan.

With the best matched licensing arrangement, you can have your staff access the entire range of courses for as little as $10 per user per month. All license options include current and future course releases. You can also make "requests" for specific course topics.

What is Innovative Learning’s policy on cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for courses?
Innovative Learning wishes to provide a comfortable, effective web based learning environment. We monitor the system 24/7/365 from different locations in the United States. We monitor each server and local director; we monitor the number of active sessions and the average/peak response time. Two senior engineers are on call 24/7/365.

Refund Policy:
If within 48 hours after enrolling in the Course you are not completely satisfied, we will issue you a complete refund. No refund will be issued if requested more than 48 hours after enrollment. To obtain a refund contact us at coursehelp@innovative-learning.com.

How quickly will I know if I'll be awarded CEs for a course?
Once you have successfully completed your course at a 90% or above passing criteria you can immediately print out your certificate.

What are the system requirements for using Innovative Learning’s courses?
Course users must use a computer that meets the following requirements:

Why won't the course video clips play on my computer?
  • Be sure that your connection to the internet is fast and reliable. Wireless connections can be less reliable, and connecting to the internet via an ethernet cable is preferred for the purposes of video.
  • Be sure that your firewall does not block access to the video content.
  • For Flash video, be sure that you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player installed.

  • For WMV video, be sure that you have the proper video codec installed.

Why don't the pop-up windows in the course open on my computer?
  • If your browser has a pop-up blocker, be sure that it is set to "off" while you are using the course.
  • If you are behind a firewall, be sure that the firewall does not block pop-ups. Contact your system administrator for help with this.


Are there any guidelines for using the Chat rooms?
In order to use Innovative Learning's chat rooms, be sure that all pop-up blockers have been disabled and that you have a fast and reliable connection to the internet.
