All Innovative Learning courses can be purchased individually. This is useful if you have an explicit need and want to target a specific topic for staff. Even under these circumstances, a volume pricing structure applies when more than 10 licenses are purchased at any one time. Innovative Learning is happy to work with you to evaluate and establish your organizations workforce development plans rather than just sell you courses. In cases where you have existing course material, we can look at putting this online for you with a view to make it more easily available and competency tested.
We have created a range of licensing options that allow your staff to access the full range of courses as identified in a meaningful workforce development plan.
With the best matched licensing arrangement, you can have your staff access the entire range of courses for as little as $10 per user per month. All license options include current and future course releases. You can also make "requests" for specific course topics.

Choosing this plan will give your staff access to all currently available courses and future releases for the license period*, for $10 per user per month.
For example, if your organization employs a total of 75 staff, then your license fee would be $250 per month. If in a month you have a total of 30 people registered on our system, then you pay just $300 for those registrations. Including the license fee, this totals just $550.

For example, if your organization employs a total of 30 staff, then your license fee would be $99 per month. If in a month you have a total of 12 people registered on our system, then you pay just $240 for those registrations. Including the license fee, this totals just $339.
* Required license to qualify is one year
If your organization is on the larger size, buying seats may be the better option for you. You still choose your license plan as above, but the number of users is calculated differently. Each user occupies a seat as long as she or he is enrolled in at least one course. Your number of seats may change daily as users start and finish courses. We take the number of seats on your most active day of the month and calculate the monthly fee. Each seat costs just $15 under license plan #1 and $25 under license plan #2.
