"As a state agency we are lucky to have been working with Innovative Learning for several years now and appreciate the flexibility and the ease of the system. It has allowed us to meet regulatory training requirements in time of budget and staff cuts. The feedback we continue to get from our Clinicians and Direct Support Professionals is fantastic. They want more trainings like this. According to them the content covered in the courses have helped them prepare and successfully complete the State mandated tests for a variety of work classification titles in New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. Thank you Innovative Learning!"

"My clinical experience as a psychiatric nurse has been fast in the areas of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. I was fortunate enough to join the Health Authority during a time of fast change, and I believe I was able to make a considerable contribution to shaping Mental Health Services with in the United Kingdom.
I lead a team of health care professionals in the task of closing down the old mental health institutions and developing community based services. I believed in the task but questioned the process.
Following the sale of Independent Community Living the right was retained to develop further units. In 2004 I created Ludlow Street Healthcare Group Ltd. The service presently provides 200 beds within a rang of services, medium and low secure hospitals, specialist college for students with autistic spectrum disorder, and community homes.
We are estimating over 45% savings in training costs using Innovative Learning's online learning system and courses. Innovative Learning has also developed our induction courses into online learning packs and the staff feedback is very positive. We are looking at not only costs savings but a more effective and efficient way of educating our staff which will in turn impact our service delivery to remain one of the top providers in the UK.
We are excited to be working with Antioch University - Santa Barbara and Innovative Learning to deliver the Certificate in Autism Studies throughout UK and indeed the European Union."

"I commend Innovative Learning and Antioch University-Santa Barbara in their collaboration to offer the Certificate in Autism Studies. In my thirty years as a teacher and principal, I would have loved to have had Innovative Learning as an educational tool to support my teachers and staff! In my current work, as an educational consultant, I work with schools to increase their teacher and staff effectiveness. Innovative Learning provides a comprehensive curriculum to assist teachers and aides in education, particularly in autism and how to implement effective approaches. The curriculum is thorough, yet easy to understand and master. Innovative Learning provides real life scenarios, and takes the learner through the most effective teaching steps. I particularly approve of the fact that the learner must earn a minimum of ninety percent to pass each module; this ensures that mastery of the concepts is assured."

"I've recently completed two e-learning packs -- "Infection Control" & "Equality and Diversity." I found the packs to be very helpful, informative and most importantly, easy to use! I've been looking forward to the delivery of specific training sessions in the format of e-learning. E-learning means I can learn at my workplace and staff can complete sessions online whilst on shift. Technology is not my best asset but the process of logging on and working through the course online was simple and I progressed without any technical difficulties. I'm looking forward to the full range of online courses becoming available in the near future."

Innovative Learning has responded to this need by developing online courses and a certification program that integrates advances in technology, adult learning, and evidenced based practices in autism. "I have spent over 45 years in the State Educational System as a Special Education Director for large and small districts. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to implement Innovative Learning's online learning system in the districts in which I had responsibility. I was able to train my entire faculty, teachers and teacher aides, in the area of teaching children with Autism. The cost savings were tremendous and more importantly the feedback from Teachers and parents was phenomenal! I would say using this method of training is a must!"

"I found the introduction and presentation to the course easy. Innovative Learning benefits myself and my team in effectively and efficiently learning statutory training without the hassle of transport and time. This in effect releases more time to learn more unit specific training and clinical therapy time is increased."
